Rush availability depends on our current workload, order size, products ordered, design requirements, and the date needed.

Purchasing a rush fee does not automatically guarantee availability unless your date has been confirmed.

⚡ WHAT THE RUSH FEE COVERS

The rush fee covers expedited production of your custom order. Your order will be prioritized ahead of standard-processing orders to meet the approved deadline.

Rush fees are in addition to the cost of your products and do not replace product or shipping charges.

📦 SHIPPING

Rush production does NOT automatically include expedited shipping.

If your order is being shipped, please select an appropriate shipping method at checkout. All Thingz Custom is not responsible for carrier delays once your completed package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

🎨 DESIGN APPROVAL

Custom orders still require design approval before production. To avoid delays, please:

  • Submit all customization details immediately
  • Provide clear photos/logos when applicable
  • Respond to your design proof promptly
  • Carefully review your proof before approval

Delays in submitting information or approving your proof may affect your completion date.

🚨 IMPORTANT

Rush fees are non-refundable once rush production has begun. Custom products are also final sale once approved and placed into production.
